  Very crowded. Typical truck stop, moderately clean but always crowded due to industrial workers and truckers all converging at the same place. There aren't any other great alternatives in the area.
  
  Restrooms are almost always at full capacity but relatively clean. During lunch there can be a line as long as 10 people waiting to get in to the men's rooms.
  
  The attached McDonalds has above average service and speed. The employees are always nice, especially considering how many customers they must serve. All orders placed here have been correct.
  
  The attached Chester's serves ok chicken, nothing to write home about but convenient if you happen to be stopping here anyway.
  
  One last issue is the ease of getting in and out of the driveway. Due to it's proximity to the large intersection and the MASSIVE amount of industrial traffic and shut down workers who don't know how to drive it is almost impossible to make a left turn out of the Independence Pkwy driveway. Like wise, making a left turn into the driveway can be difficult too. There is a back driveway on the SH225 feeder which is very convenient if you are heading west.

  Cashier made a mistake and put my gas charge on wrong pump...then lied to manager and said I told her wrong pump... Manager believed her word over mine needless to say I'm out money and she keeps her job... I will never use that store again...
